Think hot sun beating on your roof and cooking off any volatiles left in the bedliner.

I would look at other options that are not oil based.

I put Dynamat Extreme on my roof and pillers then spray glued some of the moisture barrier backed headliner for extra absorbtion, still planning on putting the SOR headliner in but damn, it is so nice already... I cant belive the difference. I am going to have a spray in up to the windows as well.

Do you have any pic's of the moisture barrier headliner, I'd liked to see that.

Zornff shot bedliner on his roof, on the outside.

Should have said "moisture barrier-BACKED headliner" the material is a loop carpet type (?) available at pep boys ect. Didnt have any pics on my computer of it-only the Dynamat- will get one tomm.

Figured it could only help in the sound absorbtion/echos inside the cab... mine is WAY more quiet than the other four 55's and still haven't put the facory replacement headliner in!

What about spraying the intire pig inside and out with he liner? Good or bad idea when it comes to the roof???
