I also have a set. Bought them from Paul.

Let me know if they are needed.

I would think if you made a dozen you would be set for at least a year or two.

I thought you installed them!

I'm close to kevin as he's in Calgary. I'm in no rush to use my other set so it's no big deal.

I have left and right frame horns and the bearing mount in my hands courtesy of 3_puppies. I believe I can reproduce these without any trouble. I have a few irons in the fire at the moment but should be able to have something done in the next three weeks.

Thanks Kevin!

Very cool!!

Ok, finally got time to fit in a little progress on these. I drew up, punched out and made a first off of the PTO shaft bearing bracket...

Came out real good - no changes required to the layout - ready to manufacture

I have also done the layout on the frame extensions and punched out the flat - just have to bend them up.

Kevin, Very nice. can't wait to see the frame extensions. Paul

I made three in the flat and I see one mistake before I even bend them - I have two holes off by half a hole. I'll bend them up anyway to setup the bend program and check the final dims. FYI - they are absolutely identical mirror images of each other, just bent left and right. Brilliant Toyoda engineeering

Looks like I be needing a set of the frame extensions thanks to Paul and the beautiful winch he sold me, please let me know when they are ready.

I will be doing these extensions as my next project. I have made a first attempt and am about to make a second try at it after some tweaks. I should be able to post up here with a finished product and price before the new year, holidays notwithstanding. Was going to do it today but x-mas baking was underway and I'm the lead taste-tester :hillbilly:

Seriously though, I do apologize for this becoming a "back burner" project and I have been trying to get at it for a while now.

Kevin

Ok, I have got a set of frame extension brackets formed up and ready to ship. What I'd like to do is send these to 3_puppies for some feedback before I finish off the rest of the run.

I am attaching several photo's showing my reproductions compared to the samples 3_puppies supplied.

Starting with three views before welding...

Here you see the offsets in the flanges - top and bottom flanges are offset a different amount

These are the aluminum jigs I used to maintain a 3.75" ID where the brackets wrap around the frame ends and the 4" OD to fit inside the bumper or whatever goes on the end.
