Located in the Phoenix area, willing to travel for the bumper guard, willing to pay shipping for the tail light ones, black preferred on both

prices? Do these come with any brackets or anything? Never had one of these so not sure what they all come with etc, thanks!

the 2000 has brackets in the pics, the 2003 did not need brackets, it bolted directly to the frame, 1 ear is slightly tweeked, you can see it in the pics
I had them at $50 each
