Works great. I need to upload some video. The production versions will be CNC milled not 3D printed. Looks too cheap printed.

Where exactly to these go? Not something you see when I replaced my 60 arms with the 4runners wiper arm swap.

Linkage is under the hood against the firewall connected to the wiper motor.

Ah. So are these bushing just dry rotting? I’m guessing mine are still ok as the wipers function as they should.

Its a plastic bushing and they wear over time. This introduces slop into the wiper relay assembly, which in turn means the wiper arms will move across the windshield in a herky-jerky manner. Depending on how often the wipers have been used you may have more or less wear to these bushings.

And I’m a complete idiot. Custom form tools to make sure the profile is 100% perfect

Will purchase as soon as it's on your website (just looked, didn't see it).

I want a couple and one of those oh-so-sexy gloveboxes!

How have these worked out for you?
As noted, milled will be better or perhaps using one of the newer tech printers / materials. The tended to break when clipping them in position. one way to reinforce them would be to saturate them in a resin before use.

I considered NylonX which is a nylon/carbon fiber blend. But they are all already being done so it’s moot :P

These are finally up on the site: 60 Series Windshield Wiper Motor Grommet

Technically you need two BUT it looks like only the one on the wiper motor is replaceable. The second one at the wiper arm assembly uses the same grommet but there is a secondary little nylon washer and the boot that covers it is likely brittle. If the boot is replaceable you probably could make a go at replacing the second one.

Now if only my wipers would move faster....
