I can't possibly be the only one that is thinking "they all have cameras, didn't they get more pictures"? This looks pretty epic, what other carnage did y'all have?
Full tally of carnage:
- 2x 80 birfields (same truck, different times)
- 1x 80 front diff R&P
- 1x set of 80 rear axle hub studs
- 1x 80 front lunchbox locker stuck locked
- 1x 80 cherry bomb exhaust broke off (straight pipes ftw)
- 1x 4runner tcase shift rails broken (stuck in high range)
- 1x moonshine rear driveshaft
- 1x winch line ripped off the drum (mine)
- many new dents, lost side view mirrors
- 1x atv rolled 11 times (driver bruised but otherwise healthy)

Good god, man! That DOES sound epic! Good thing there were plenty of knowledgeable folks to do trail repairs and keep everyone moving forward (or backward/sideways/whatever). And to think @ceby in the not too distant past was anxious about scratches on his "fender fairies"...

watching that video I feel like I need 4 more cylinders to even try, but im still gonna try lol

Based on the foliage, I’d say that was only a few weeks before us. They didn’t make it any further than we did without having to winch.

I was thinking the same thing. They were there with pretty much the same trail conditions we were.
