What a great way you have found to help others in need!

Thank you!

Thank you for making a donation. Just let me know when you are ready.

Was up early this morning and was looking back at emails, letters, and private messages that I have received from people who have had their ecus flashed or swapped.

I don't require any proof of how much is donated, or if anything is even donated, but a lot of folks have let me know how much and where donations were made.

So far from what has been reported around $1800 has been given, not just here in the United States, but in a few other countries around the world. People are giving way more than I expected. A few have given without using my service.

I am going to keep offering this same deal for the rest of the year. I also have some parts that I will be offering soon in the classified section to be sold the same way.

Thank you all!

Virgil

I don't need an ecu flash, but I've been giving $100 a week for the last few months to Feeding America. A very worthwhile organization.

Every $1 you donate buys SEVEN meals. $100 = 700 meals!

If you have the means to donate, I encourage you to PLEASE do so. Not knowing how you or your kids are going to eat has to be terrifying.

All that's fine and dandy but don't let the thread title get your hopes up!

Bumping this up. Over $2,000 in donations around the world so far.

Get your ECU flashed and help people in your OWN community!

Not always the case but food for thought...be very careful to follow the money grasshopper...some well-sounding/meaning organizations may really be putting new solar panel roofs on their homes and feeding their own families. Buyer Beware. TAKERS DON'T CARE... Case in point...blm

Nice way to politicize a post.

My wife is in the non-profit field, so I know to check where my money is getting spent. If anyone has a question about what a non-profit does with their money, check their score on Charity Navigator.

You can also view all registered non-profit entities tax returns as they are released for public viewing. They’re called form 990 and are typically a year or so behind (currently you can see 2017 and 2018 returns). These forms show officers compensation, among other things. Anyway, there are several free websites that provide this info - good luck!

Have had a lot of questions about ecu flashing the past few days so I will bump this back up.

$2500+ and counting

Donated this morning to Arkansas Food Bank.

I am in need of your services! I sent you a DM. Thank you!

Was out all day in the mountains getting a Christmas tree. Replied back. Hopefully I can help to get you going.

I appreciate your initiave. I want to help.

Awesome. Thank you. Things don't seem to be getting much better. I was watching the local news, the lines at our food banks were huge. It breaks my heart knowing that kids are hungry.

It is amazing how far some of these food banks can stretch a dollar.

Giving to help others is easy, and the more you do it the easier it gets. And it feels good too.
