Just curious what the 70 experts thoughts were on this. I figured it would of sold right away being a diesel 75 in the US. The price seems to be what I'v seen others go for. Am I missing something? I'm not looking at buying it ( I wish I was!) just looking to learn more about these for the future. Thanks.

I did look at it on ebay, and have always wanted a 75 series. But a 27 years old does not interest me for that kind of money. Besides, I have no interest to dealing with a right hand drive in north america.

The 27 year old 70 Series are the ones that are now legal to import.
Most of them are RHD
$18,000 for a good 75 Series is actually a bargain in the U.S.
my .02 worth.....

hummm, advertised as a private sale, then as a company sale for less money ...

interesting

The HJ75 were a good rig and still are .

I would pay $18,000 for a very tidy one if that what I was looking for .

Having said that every thing is dearer over here.

as a thought, if i was in the market for a 75x in th US.
i would want it as factory as possible. sure the outside looks genuine however the interior looks to be played with.

then therse the mention of rust here and there, so straight up its needs money spending on it.
not knocking either sellers they do have a good reputation of selling good vehicles,.

i have often wondered why it has not sold.
it may even have been put on global as a consignment vehicle...

If I was allowed in the U.S. I would be driving that machine Home right about now with an OEM steering wheel Of Course! I like MWB Loaded with Options , Pick-ups No options

For a stateside Cruiser like that and if it checks out fine with the only rust being some rock chips here and there I'd say that's probably a fair enough price.

Remember the cruiser market is in very poor shape right now where good deals are being passed along.

In Canada I would not pay that much but Canada is a whole different story seeing how we could have a 1996 HZJ75 if we could find one.

Exactly,

Try finding a nice Bought, shipped and all the landed fees minus maintenance for that price. Chances are you won't.

I am having a hard enough time trying to find a suitable 75 mine truck to buy in bc.
Heck even finding them.

Until you actually have them then compare it to your ZX interior and I'm sure you'll change your opinion
