well.... the lady called me back and I bought it! My other rig didn't drive like this one when I purchased it.... its smooth and tight. It's been neglected the last few years as the PO was sick and then passed away. The seats are destroyed due to her size (she was big boned) and there are some dings and scrapes, but all in all - this is one clean cruiser. I'm starting the baseline next week.... here we go again!!!! I'll post some pics soon.

Lucky bastard. Congrats. So what's the plan now?

What to do with it???

You better keep it for your daughter. She'll be 16 before you know it, trust me I know!!! :flipoff2:

My current plan is to baseline this rig and dd it. I'm going to do all the work myself, minus any major repairs I might find, this way I can limit the amount of dough invested. I'm not done mapping out 2 plans of attack, one being more comprehensive than the other. When the plans are laid out I'll do some number crunching and decide on a direction. Regardless of which way I go- the girls will have difinitive and different rolls.

You bought another one? Good find. Can't wait to see this build.

Where are the pictures?

YEP! X2! This thread is worthless without pictures:deadhorse:

I know! It has to be from the sun because its on the other side too. If you could see this seat - its the roughest 69k miles any seat has gone through in the history of seats - which I'm pretty sure that's a long time.

I say half doors should fix the problem!

I thought the same thing... sun shade maybe? It's kinda fun playing detective while base lining.
Hmm sun damage on the sill but no cracks in the dash?? Interesting. Well time to search the classifieds for an Oak interior being parted out.
Don't tempt me Derrick! I've already been eye'n the LC as to where to cut! Just kidding.
