Absolutely, one of the best upgrades (per dollar) that can be done to a LC for many reasons including the old OE body mounds are hard as a rock and no longer absorbing/dampening.

Any particular mounts that are recommended? I can only imagine mine are 61 years old.

Daystar, is better quality.
The energy suspension, the plates are two pcs and use sae hardware instead of metric.
