Where can I find the SEAL, CENTER ARM DUST, LOWER.

I call my Toyota dealer and the part is not available anywhere in north america.

Can you give me a nice Cruiser parts supplier that sell a good quality remplacement part ?

Any other cross reference can help.

Merci.

EDIT: couldn't find it in the garage, so it must be in the "cabanon......" and no way to enter there with the snow...

Bring the seal to General's Bearings service. The will find something good for you. Ask for metal one or double lips if they have it. This seal doesn't need to be bullet proof, it's keep some grease inside and do zero effort or have zero stress on it.

I need to ask, what make you beleive it need replacement?.

Bummer. (Le bummer.) Hope you can find one.

seal

Bearing supply house

25x38x7

Pretty standard seal

You could install it upside down from the normal way so the grease can get out( when you grease it) and the water can't get in.

Thanks jb

For those working on a similar project, the OEM seal on a late model (1982 FJ40) is Koyo CR MH (OD wall is rubber material, no internal spring, without minor lip) 25x38xJ6 installed backward to so grease can be pushed out.
