Where in Nashville is a must?

Off the top of my head....

Prince's Hot Chicken Shack

San Antonio Taco Company

Bolton's Spicy Chicken & Fish

Arnold's Country Kitchen

Elliston Place Soda, Loveless Cafe and Pancake Pantry don't really appeal to me but plenty of folks rave.

I haven't tried The Sands but I hear it's good.

Dickey's Barbecue Pit

This is fairly legit BBQ. Routine and bottom 1/3 in Texas, but I look forward to their arrival here.
Got any idea where exactly that'll be? I keep my ear to the ground, but I've apparently missed that one........curious.

Just got intel from a secretary here....its across from bancorpsouth by Al's Tailoring.....(where the Flowood Town Center is supposed to be being built)

I ate at up the creek once...I say I ate because I ATE and THEN they finally brought out my wife's food! we were so ticked mine got cold waiting and her salad was all wilted.

Looks pretty sauced up. Assuming you can get them to hold that aspect. Only thing I don't like about west Tennessee barbecue. Well, that and it's in west Tennessee.

You are getting it from the wrong places then....I hate sauce also. There are several places to go in Memphrica to get some pork.

Right, right. Used to have a relative in Collierville and ate a bunch of good barbecue over there. Just had to be mindful of the sauce in a way you don't in these parts (mostly).

In any case, the sweeping generalization is usually just that. :D

confirmed it's going into strip mall around corner from TJ max by tailor shop

anybody tried the 5 guys in dogwood yet? happy I dont have to go to madison for it anymore

i do not get the fascination with 5 guys. i'd rather punch myself in the nuts, cook my own burger, and save $12.

I think they are good....not great.....but I enjoy one occasionally....well my waist line says more than occasionally but thats another story.

Ha! I went one time just to see what the hype was all about... a soggy wendy's style burger and a pound of greasy fries accompanied with a lot of noise and a long wait.

your a foodie though...my taste buds are FAR less discriminating.
