Got home from Bragg and had the craving. Best dish at ANY restaurant. Period.

New Saturday brunch steak and eggs. Wife only gave me one try. "Perfectly cooked, so that's all you get" was her reasoning.

@under_psi off the chain Lou.

Oh I can't wait for more Lou's action...

One of the best restaurants in these here (Borat voice): US and of A!!

@under_psi and Victoria: You guys have created a culinary pit stop like no other. And the fact that you are so gracious to us folks from quite far away as we come through on our travels...

Your establishment is an oasis... :)

I will continue to give as much money as Lou asks me to pay for the epic ness that is Lou's Full-Serv....

thank you all for the kind words and continued support. it really means a lot....

the restaurant biz is a beast, but I like it and it's really all I know.....except how to consume copious amounts of monster.....

I like Pie ;-)

Everyone was at 49 EAF express tonight, but it was my last date night for a while

Lou's crew was on point. Best test of a leader is what happens in his absence...... other than not seeing him it was business as usual.

Phenomenal food and good service.

Great dinner. We had oysters (huge hit), crab cake, 2 filet ins, 1 filet, 1 redfish, butter milk pie (huge hit) and cobbler. (No pics due to no phone allowed on date nights)

Many many drinks, server was on top of it. FiLs first time but not his last. You won 2 new fans Lou.

Thanks.
