I have to admit, I had no idea who John Folse was. So, I obviously had no clue he was behind the new Seafood R'evolution restaurant. I'm glad you posted those photos above so I could make the connection.

Ginny and I went there last night. Quite possibly the finest meal I've ever had in the Jackson area.

He's a cool guy. Really approachable, talked to him for 5-10 minutes at the event we were at. And yes, he knows what he's doing in the kitchen.
