The Neon Pig isn't "Mississippi" per se. It's an all organic, locally grown, aged beef, ethically abused, living waged hippy hipster type of place. And the food is the sh!t.

I bought sushi grade tuna steaks to sear for dinner. The beef there is superb but stupid expensive. I still buy it.
