So. I am assuming that the difference in speed on your GPS APP and your gauge were the same on freeway speeds and around town speeds if moving at a constant rate?

Yes…a perfect linear line up to about 75

Yes just turned it around to fit that triangle. Even used the same hole from it being mounted on the A pillar only now instead of vertical, they are horizontal

I installed an old aux tank that I've had for a while in the 78. I'm not sure if it's a Downey or some other fab shop? Anyone recognize it?
Been wheeling 40s for 40 years and always wished I had more fuel capacity but couldn't bring myself to take the hole saw to the tub... so I hid it under the 4Wheel emblem
With the low fill neck position, it fills slow at the pump, but I'm a patient man...
Next, I'll fab an inner fender to protect the filler hose.

After weeks of searching I have found an aftermarket solution for the broken dipstick union on the 2H. What I thought was 13x1.5mm was actually 1/4 BSPT. Never heard of this one before but it’s pretty close if you’re eyeballing your manual calipers. I'm still in paint jail but working on some bits and bobs. But needed to modify this emblem for the Vintage Air Gen IV i have. But decided in chopping up this stupid expensive OEM emblem that I would 3D print a spacer.. Then I wondered If I could find a way to fit some LED's in there. Still not on the final version. But am Excided to modernize the front grill a bit.

Like the rest of my parts that I'm designing (speaker enclosures, snorkel airboxes, PS line organizers, Ash tray replacement knobs, ETC) I might sell a couple of these on the side since the minimum order quantity for the parts is 10 to start.

Tire shop was skeptical about putting the 32x11.5 on the 5.5 wheel.

Looks so much better than the 90’s truck wheels. The paint looks lighter outside in the daylight. Searching for a fifth wheel to finish for a spare.
