They come pre-set, BUT instructions say that they assume you have accessories installed (bumpers, etc.). So initial suggested settings are based on accessory WEIGHT (or lack of).

Here is what they come preset to (rears only in this photo)...

Then... If you look inside the instruction sheets that are included with the installation kit, it gives you accessory weights and accompanying settings for both Compression and Rebound.

I only have the instructions for the rears, as I'm still waiting for the install kit for the fronts...but the REARS indicate this (See photo)...

I'm only telling you what it says in the installation guide though. I have not installed yet.

If your installer didn't give you these sheets, I could post them...but I don't have the front install sheets yet.

PS. If your installer failed to give you the booklet that came with each set...ask them to give them to you. If you can't get them, I'll take more photos here...because the booklet gives a good explanation of why and when you would want to adjust.

You can get more info like the following from the booklet that comes with each install kit (front and rear)...

So far, based only on highway/city driving, very positive.

My poor-man's description:

I'd say it is 'crisp' instead of firm, stiff, or rigid as I have heard others describe it. It may just be semantics, but I feel that 'crisp' is a better, more positive reflection of the ride behavior I have seen so far.

Before the OME, the stock suspension still rode like a truck, but was also 'squishy' with body roll & lean through corners. It also seemed to hop a little more with the stock suspension, whether over washboards or irregular asphalt conditions. Nothing terrible mind you, just typical of a body-on-frame ride that I'm used from F150s and similar.

Now it rides much better, feels more stable, and I would definitely NOT have anything negative to associate with any increase in 'crispness' of the ride. Haven't had any 'hopping' to report in my <24 hrs of driving, but the ride from central Denver to Tech Center as notably enhanced with the OME upgrade. (OME can't fix traffic, however  )

Still have yet to take it into the Rockies, but I expect improved characteristics there as well (as attributed to countless others already about the OME offroad improvements). I'm also expecting a much greater ride under load, and I expect to find that out in a few weeks for an upcoming ski trip with several adults, gear, and luggage.

In short, it seems that the OME suspension upgrade is something that I will certainly do if/when I have another future LC, and next time I won't wait as long to do it.

Hope this helps!
So you didn't try the new OME shocks BP-51, or not available for 200 series?

Thank you so much Markuson! I did my installation yesterday but don't have the sheet you mentioned would you please take some photo of it? That gonna help me a lot. Well I don't have any rear bumper right now but I do have the arb Sahara in the front. I do feel the BP-51 pre-setting is a bit bumpy so wants to adjust a little. Thank you so much.

Glad to help.

Did you get the booklet (Owner's Manual) at least? The 6-page sheet part was basically stuffed inside the normal booklet. I think it's simply the part that is specific to the 200, where the owner's manual is for the BP series in general.

Let me know. If you have NEITHER, I'll try to get both...but that will take quite a few photos. That's OK...but don't wanna post 30 photos if yo have most of them. ;) I tried to find PDFs on their web-site, but with a December 2, 2015 date on mine, it seems to be literally hot off the presses.

I don't have either of them, cause I forgot to take it with me and I think they put it in the trash can last night as well. Thank you for the help man.

Thank you so much man, just saved my day!

Here are the only pages in the Owner's Manual (Booklet) that seemed important... (other pages tell you what you bought, general run-down, etc.).

Four pages in particular give tips. Have a look...

Just noticed you are in China?

@TLD Do you have the same version 200 in China? If you have a different engine or KDSS setup, the settings might not be the same(??)...

Haha, yap, I'm from China. I have the v6 1GR 4.0, so the front weight is different from you guys, may also the back, that's probably why I feel bumpy. Thanks man

I would really suggest you talk to some others here who are much more knowledgable than I am for installation.

All I did was give you the documentation, but there are others here who have installed these. Not many...as they are still really new...but they can offer experience I don't yet have.

Let us know how it goes. :)

They are available for the 200 but not within my budget or need. Definitely wanted them, but wasn't necessary for my intended use.

With KO2s the rings can come on and off with the tires mounted. I'd imagine an on road tire with rim protection might be tight

That turned out really nice

Am I reading right that you have your front and rear adjustments at C1 R6?
Did you add 5mm of preload on the fronts?
No, I took away 15mm or preload. Comes from factory with 20mm of preload. I backed it off to 5mm.
Yes, C1. R6 feels good for an initial setting

PSI Was in mid 30's.

I installed the ironman TOY063BKP
With everything else stock.

Tires size are LT275/70R18 on stock wheels.
No upper control arms?
I know this was a big issue for me. Even with a small lift I had positive camber which could not be dialed out with a normal adjustment. There is very little adjustment in the lower arms. In addition I found that Toyota never really tried to adjust caster and camber. They adjusted toe and pushed it out the door. When I pointed to the obvious positive camber they pointed to the print out and said "it's within spec." In tight turns the outside tire would tuck under and wear the outside edge.
It was not until this week that I installed the upper UCAs along with the BP51s and sent it to a reputable, independent alignment shop (that does not sell tires) that they finally got the alignment in order.
Wish I had done the UCAs years ago.

Has anyone gotten a perfect alignment with a lift without UCAs? I mean perfect, not just because the printout says it's good.
