Resealed the evaporator box. Was getting a little drip on the pass floorboard when A/C was running. A quick search lead me right here and confirmed my thoughts. Leaves and dirt had packed up against the door, and were getting soaked with condensation, eventually enough to leak on through the seal. Hopefully the new seal I fabricated will prevent any future leaks.
Next weekend I'll be tackling the door lock actuators, as the heat has revealed my newly purchased 100 series is suffering from the sticky door locks.

That damper is there for a reason. I removed mine and immediately picked up a drone/pulse at highway speeds. Put it back on and all good. Just FYI.
Some have noticed this, some haven't. Mine is also an 06.

I also installed a GPS Navigation, Bluetooth, CD, DVD, iPhone, back up camera, Satellite Radio Head unit into the 100 this weekend.
Yes, factory ride height and good camera angle
I plan on adding a 30mm coil spacer to the rear, and leveling the front by adjusting the torsion bars.

I finally installed the passengers side, ARB rear bumper swing-out with tire carrier, antenna mount and hi lift mount. Next up in the rear of my 100, I will be dropping the factory spare that is underneath, and adding a water tank and an air tank where the factory spare used to be. Next up in general, will be flipping the Gamiviti roof rack back over and removing the high lift mounts and rotopax mounts from the rack. Once that's done, I am taking it to Mudrak's and getting the LRA 42 gal main replacement fuel tank installed. (Getting ready for the Kokopelli run at next years Cruise Moab or maybe even a trip to Cruiser Fest this fall pre CM2016.)
