I swapped out bad aftermarket valve cover tube seals for OEM. I replaced gaskets with OEM gaskets. No regrets. I replaced a Hitachi coil that shorted out/failed after 8k miles because it was drenched in oil from the junk tube seals that were in there. More hours than I'd like to admit that I spent and the better part of my day pretty much looked like the picture below.. Happy ending though, no more leaks and rock auto sent me a new Hitachi coil. I'm happy.

Hit milestoneView attachment 3515021 ( in km) during 1900 mile roadtrip to the inlaws for Christmas. Averaging 6.9km/l ( i think that converts to 16.3mpg) highway driving. How does healthy normal economy compare?
I’ve never seen my oil pressure get as high as yours in that pic. My city mileage sucks because of the e rated LT tires I have but on the Highway, the momentum affords me 17.5 mpg on flat roads. Coming down from 5000 to 500 ft during a 1.75 hour trip I averaged 18.5

So had a bit of a shipping issue with Prospeed on a new rack, but was heading from DC to Lake Tahoe without any extra days to spare. So, I dashed to Home Depot to build my own rack. Now had I really thought about this, built in good wood with a nice stain/finish, a wood rack could be super cool. Proud of the build in about 90 minutes… great for the ride but Prospeed will be sending the rack to me here to swap out for the ride home!

I just dropped this in another thread, but given that thread topic likely unread… check out my “Ski100”. We pull the center console and the second row and we suit up or off inside. On the days when it is really cold or coming down, it is a great luxury! Works for the two of us. Also built a ski rack inside… which is way easier than previous rooftop racks. I give them a quick brush and then just have a towel handy for any drips.

That rack is really impressive! I would really like to see that painted black to see how it looks. Very curious!

I REALLY admire the ingenuity in all of this, but just one concern......as a retired first responder I am concerned about the skis on the inside rack right behind your head.....in an accident those will be projectiles and projectiles with sharp edges! Please work on a VERY secure way to attach them.

OK, concern over.....Happy Holiday's!!!

Installed SDHQ positive battery terminal. I need to do the negative side but need to buy a lug.

Ordered Aug 3rd. Picked up at local USPS Dec. 19th. In US customs for 4 days.

Yea it was a pain. They gave me excuses on delays and everything else
I ordered my set on Oct 14th and got them delivered on Dec 20th.
Very interested in hearing how your install goes, any tips and your initial impressions on quality etc.

Sweet Radiator as well!
I have always been a sucker for aluminum radiators and those welds… some companies build out custom with extra rows snuck in. Any car and I always want them!
