While I’m in there,
New door stops, vapor barriers from DeltaVs
Clean, grease window runs and regulators and hope for better functionality

Sorting through the pile for the backside of the barn door. It will be closed probably 98% of the time. Found a cool one from my past. Definitely will need to hide it on the backside of the door.

Snuck out to the garage this afternoon to freshen up my rear bump stops.
Only broke one bolt gettin the old ones off, my drill-out job on the broke bolt rendered bad threads so helicoil or maybe drill out for M10 bolt.

Also adjusted parking brake shoes. We’ll see how it holds but confidence is moderate

Put a new block heater in today after the original failed earlier this winter. Hopefully find time to fill it with coolant tomorrow and get 'er out for a drive. I'm planning to just use generic coolant from the auto parts store unless people recommend something specific. What was in there previously was red in color.

Wheel bearing was a bit loose. But since the wheel was off decided I probably should put these 80 series bead locks on. They have been in the rack for years. Got rid of all of my 80s and 81s probably 5ish years ago. This 4Runner has 80 axles so might as well.

Toyota red coolant is generally the recommended flavor, you should be able to get a generic equivalent.

Fresh injection pump today, upgraded from the stock, leaky 10mm pump to a rebuild 11mm unit. Looking forward to improved cold starts and better running overall, not to mention no more diesel going all over the engine bay.
