Anyone happen to know what size fittings the Arnott replacement airbags use? Customer service not being much help without a receipt, truck sits super low after a few days of sitting and want to test out this used pair before dropping big money on new ones. unfortunately they came without the air line fittings. Look like they may be 10x1.0 metric, not sure if they are tapered or not though?

I've had them for 2 years now. Super easy install and have been flawless, even towing a camper.
Yeah like Kody said, easy to install and worked right off the bat. I did have a problem with one of their provided ptc fittings at the bag - the provided airline is stiff and connects at the top edge of the bag at a downward 45°. Fitment on the passenger side around the height sensor caused it to sideload the ptc connector and leak so I replaced them with a brand I use at work which has a different collar assembly. They provide a ptc fitting which adapts from the stock size to the 1/4” line they use. I’m not super happy with that but it works. I’m going to borrow my friend’s old compressor and see if there’s a way to plumb straight to it. Overnight mine leak down which is a separate problem but that’s on the list to repair. I also need to fine tune the ride height and I’d like to find a smaller switch to use for selecting the ride height. When I bought the GX I had read the advice to change them to coil springs but my stock set lasted to 199k and the way we utilize the truck I actually enjoy having them, mostly cruise old logging roads up north looking for good fishing/hunting/camping spots, some light towing. My wife really likes that it brings itself back to ride height and drives the same no matter how much stuff she loads in it.
finished installing new radiator. got the CSF all aluminum one and also, the 170 degree Motorand thermostat.
all the white and pink is from it leaking. think its been leaking for about 8 years now lol.

also, if you dont have one of these non spill funnels, get one almost impossible to over fill and spill coolant all over the place.

Curious why you went with a low temp thermostat?
Just felt like going to a lower one. Rather keep things a little cooler during the summer and if I take it wheeling.

replaced the tensioner pulley today. been having a bad squeal for a while and when i put the new serpentine belt on after replacing the radiator, i found out the tensioner wasn't really providing tension.
well i tell you right now, don't ever just replace a tensioner. find something else to do while you are doing it. hell might as well redo the timing belt. had to remove the alternator, 2 of the plastic timing cover and had to loosen up the steering pump. stupid as hell to have to do all that for a dang tensioner. anyways, I'm squeak free it seems so I'm happy about that

Swapped the dash this afternoon. It took about 4 hours total, and is pretty straightforward. Honestly super happy with how much better it looks.

They were running a discounted shipping special. I bet they didn't realize it would apply to a dash and may have changed it after shipping mine.
I probably looked at 30 different dealer websites. 75% wont ship a dash at all. I had 1 dealer complete the order and then cancel it 3 days later saying they didn't want to ship. I got lucky haha

Couple questions, I can always start a new thread if that makes more sense. First is on the dash. The example I'm buying was maintained at the dealer its whole life, and it received a fresh dash under warranty in 2017. It still looks great with no cracking. I've read some mixed opinions on this- were the warranty replacement dashes any different than the originals? I'm prepared to do my best protecting it with 303 or similar, but I'd love to know if there were any fundamental changes to the dash that might help it hold up over time.
Second, I'd love to be schooled a bit on the AHC and adjustable damping on the shocks. As I understand it, these are entirely separate, correct? Down the line, I'd be interested in a very mild lift and some slightly bigger tires (had 1"ish lift and 265s on my v8 4Runner). I also tow, so I'm attracted to some of the benefits of the AHC. I would assume that one could lift a bit while maintaining the AHC (taller bags?), but there is no way to lift and retain the electronic shock damping. Seems likely that the OEM shocks would not take well to any extension, and the valving isn't going to cycle properly. Open to being corrected on these and I'm excited to join the GX club!

I am lifted 1.25" in the front and 1" in the rear on standard bags and lexus adjustable shocks. I tow as well and really appreciate keep the airbags. I run a .75" spacer on the front strut (and correctly space the front bumpstop), and then just use washers on the height sensors in the rear to make it run higher.Not today per se, but I take delivery of my newly purchased 2003 tomorrow

What @Krazykevin said. I have a mild lift with after market dampers with the factory air springs. I scoop up air spring components when others remove for rear coil spring conversions. Self leveling is a major feature to keep IMHO. Even if you do not tow. 1-2 passengers wlll activate leveling.

Super helpful @Timujin and @Krazykevin . You haven't found any reduced performance with the stock shocks? Both of yours look great so I'd be thrilled if its reasonable to lift a bit and keep all the stock features.
Check your sunroof drains mine was leaking on that spot and the sunroof gutters get full and spilled out. Quick blast with air down the drain tubes fixed it.
