Been a busy few weeks for me and the 80!

What started off as a "quick upgrade" became an absolute rabbit hole. Ended up doing the 150Amp alternator modification with the Photoman bracket & Delta Vehicle Systems kit and in the process of that ended up replacing my radiator, fan shroud, installing the blue mod fan clutch, water pump, all new pulleys, all new belts, transmission cooler hoses, radiator hoses, upgrading to a Group 31 AGM X2Power battery, etc. Also installed a new hood insulator, resealed as much as I could of the hood that was separating, with all new seals and replacing my exhaust cushions.

Next in line, installing 200W Renogy Solar Panel to the roof rack and a host of new electrical components so that I have better power delivery to the rear of the vehicle that will all be mounted with a DVS QPM setup. Will also be cutting up the ARB Bumper to install some Baja Design Squadron 2.0 Pro flush mounts inside of the bumper & Squadron 2.0 Sports to the rear for chase lights to increase my lighting capabilities front & back... It's a lot. Going to mount up some One Stone armrests while I'm at it.

All of this in preparation for another three week trip up through the Tetons, Yellowstone, and Glacier National Park (and countless places along the way).

If anyone has any tips for fly fishing spots to check out on the road, let me know!

EIMKEITH RAM burned in. Successfully moving the axle forward 1” and adding 4 degrees of caster. Also dropped my bumpstops 1” lower. I’ve had this truck for 5 years now and did not have any sort of caster correction…… damn it’s amazing how well it handles now. No longer chases the crown of the road and eliminated weird driveline vibrations under load. WIN!
