Yeah I found that out too which didn’t make any sense to me. lol By then I had already adapted the etrailer harness adapter and tapped into that itself. There was no cutting of the oem harness anywhere so I am happy with that. Plus I have a 4 pin trailer plug I can use for the time being if I want to.

If your boss would stop sending so many 1A orders, I would have more time to stay home (Or take vacation) and play with the cruiser. ;)
I can only imagine!!.... Everyone here is like "we need XYZ info/RM" and TMC says "Its too early, we have no data". A lot of people are not happy with my responses as of late LOL. Its funny that there are so many 1A orders, and here we are with STILL no actual pictures of the truck HA. Classic TMNA.

How do the Spicer joints hold up with the 70 series? I know when people tried to use them on the 80 series they didn't last very long.

They sucked on my 80 as well.

Not a fan of the Spicer units.

I would always bring the OEM joints to the driveshaft shop and have them install my parts.

No "official" pictures of the truck.

;)

Interesting....but yes there has been way, way more 1A orders than I am used to....to the point where we have to come in on weekends. It wasn't like that for MY21,, MY20, MY19...and so forth.

From my "limited" understanding, a lot of the structural production planning issues are arising due to the implementation of the TGNA-F platform concurrently across a number of different models and manufacturing locations globally. (LC, Tundra)....

At least that's what I'm hearing through the proverbial grapevine...

It’s summer, got the top off and Bimini top on. The full softop install will be coming soon.

I think also when you drag a popular model out for 10+ years before a full redesign, the demand to show off the hot new truck will be at an all time high. There are A LOT of new functions and features that need to be tested and experienced by many different groups ahead of time to be ready to support its launch. But I'm sure most of those are for Marketing purposes as they are the ones who actually get a budget to buy 1A and 2A. But I am sorry about that...

And Sales Planning.... Those guys got the gravy...

It is all good and no need to apologize on the behalf of your "mero mero". I will be needing a vacation after the madness ends. It is just hard because we can't build MY22 stuff through the usual channels due to re-tooling needs that have not been completed on our end.

I will stop so we can get this back on "what did you do to your 70...." topic. lol

I don't even know what you guys are talking about, I'm just here for pichures
They could tell you but then they'd have to kill you.

The rear shaft that it came with was Spicer, I think was because the rear axle is a Dana 60. I don’t know about longevity specific to the 70-series.

Slapped in one of the @MES ash tray delete thingys Sunday. Love it. Thanks man.

Moved my fridge monitor power down. That made it possible to reinstall the OEM cig lighter. Added a second screw-in port for the ARB fridge and more USB. Now have a failover for the fridge. If the house battery in the rear fails for whatever reason I can plug into the new ARB port in the ash tray delete running off the starter batteries. Cold beer guarantee.
