@NCFJ I have heard the original performance of this tune was just an impromptu event during a studio session and they made the record directly from the initial studio recording… not sure of the source. But that’s what I’d heard

One of the best, not well know guitarists out there IMHO. He's 78 in this video.

Wow, how a song can transport you through time! I can remember when this album came out, sitting in the parking lot at Central Bucks East High School in Buckingham PA 1978. I graduated that year. This tune came on the radio and 5-6 cars were blasting it on their stereos and kids just rocking out, till the Vice Principal showed up. That guy was a downer.

 
Sometimes a song just sums things up without further explanation.
