I've been running 1UpUSA Double Quik Rack on my 200 for a couple weeks and am very happy with it. I haven't tried it on my 4Runner yet and cannot speak to how well it would work with the swing out rear door.

Can you open your 200's tailgate with 1up rack attached to the hitch. By looking at photos, it rises up and I am concerned it would not clear for the tailgate to fully swung open.

I can open the bottom half of the tailgate on my 200 with the empty rack in a fully open position. (The rack has three positions.) The top portion of the tailgate can't be opened with bikes on the rack though.

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to haul 4 bikes on our camping trip. So I will run into situations where I need to access cargo area and it looks like I have to take off bikes in order to open the hatch.

I picked up an older Yakima Fullswing on Clist for around $100. I'm not a huge fan of how the bike mounts to the rack. My trek fuel ex8 barely squeezes on there, but it works and I don't want to hassle with the top tube adapter. I love the swing out feature because I have full access to the back.

Pic didn't work, any chance you could fix the link?

Just to complicate things a little more...
one more option that I have been looking at for my family of five and the accompanying five bikes is Recon-Racks...

I can't say enough good things about the 1up racks. I wouldn't carry my bikes on anything else. Yes its expensive but worth every penny. It will hold any bike you can imagine. You can adjust how they sit left or right on the rack to avoid having them touch. We run into spare tire issues at work all the time. We keep a few hitch extenders around. They look kinda crazy but work well. Bolt it on. Not a hitch pin. Should be able to get one long enough to clear the spare.

As for racks get the 1up. I own a bike shop and sell both Thule and Yakima. They are nice but I personally own a 1Up. Avoid Kuat. They are cheap plastic junk. I can check the rack on my 4Runner if you like. Not sure it will help.

But hitch extenders make the hitch lock features of these racks pointless.
I looked at 1up racks and although they're nice they lack hitch lock feature.

I have seen folks use a few options to look the extender to the hitch. Ive seen hitches with two holes and one used as a lock with a locking pin. Others have used the locking pin to hold the extender. It has some play but isn't an issue. The most creative was a welded on deal with a master lock. I shoulda taken a photo of that

1Up has several ways to lock it. The standard way is a safety hex key. I lost one and couldn't source it from anywhere. They also offer wheel locks as well as a hitch lock. Ive never once worried about someone stealing my bikes or rack. Its way harder to get off then any of the big players racks.

My 1Up rack allows me the flexibility to setup for 1, 2, 3 or 4 bikes. All other bikes go up top on my Yaki trays.

X2, that's the pic I really want to see!
I will need to load up and take pictures. When unloaded, I can tilt the rack up or down. In the down position, I can fully open the rear door. With bikes loaded and the rack tilted down/away, I can only open the door roughly a third-half way.
