no, never raced in Baja, "drive fast and take chances" was always something sarcastically told to someone on the way out of the bars in Tahoe after a big snow day. That way they are paying attention to ya before they did something stupid. Or at least they'd hope.

Nope but even trying your best to keep an eye open to let others past you will still get "nudged" ie rammed to get out of the way. Best not to block, the repurcusions could be race ending.
I have seen many of the rear engine cars with their engine cage caved in and the motor destroyed due to a "nudge". Most of the time it is not on purpose that hard but with the dust you never know.

Our plan is to get out of the way of anyone coming at us regardless of what it is.
We are running a very nice rear cam system that the co-dawg will be watching carefully to inform us of upcoming.
We are going to be doing our best to get out of peoples way, but for those Aholes that decide to ram first and beep later, they are going to have a sad awaking when they realize the entire rear portion of our truck is 2" .120 wall tube thats braced 6 ways to Sunday!

Well I guess John is going to be busy fixing it back up after the race. HAHAHHA
OH and John you thought my exhaust had a whistle before, you should hear it now that I have cut off the resonator to make room for the Hanna. But before my muffler guy hacked my exhaust he couldn't find a leak? Oh well I am going to run all new pipe after I figure out what I am going to do for sliders.
