I had a college kid friend who is a miata guy install a new ct20 turbo for me. Been fighting oil leaks on the drain line. I think that may be fixed but today as I was cleaning things up I came across this vacuum line dangling from the tee in the 4wd actuator vacuum line. I capped it off and it makes a heck of a whistle. Any help on where this should attach? Or what is causing the whistle when it's capped off? It has suction by the way. Here is a pic.
