6202RS and 6203RS are the correct bearings. I ordered 6202RSJ and 6203RSJ. Those aren't sealed units. Luckily they were local and picked them up in the afternoon.

The brushes were the trickiest part. Make sure they are recessed completely/pulled back while reinstalling. Tried it holding them back with one hand and just couldn't do it. Wedged them back
with toothpicks.
The bearing were easy as well. Just put the parts in the freezer and warmed up the bearings. Slipped right into place.
Tested the motor after assembly forward and reverse. Super quiet and no issues at all.

Ordered up the recommended grease for the winch. Aeroshell 64 which replaces Aeroshell 33MS.
Likely could have used something else. In for a penny in for a pound.
Waiting to pick up all the new parts that I ordered. Hoping to pick them up tomorrow. Driving down to Sweetgrass to pick them up. I'll also buy a few MegaMillions tickets for the $1.3B jackpot.

Starting assembly with new Warn parts. Greased up thrust washers drum bushings and getting ready for tie rods.

Put the 3 new tie rods in with new self cutting hex bolts that were supplied. Dropped the brake in. Put the brake driver on the splines. Greased the other thrust washer.
