Genuine Toyota part 08671-00067. Comes with the original National batteries, complete with the "insulation paper" that was placed between the two D-cells. It has two functions: a standard flashlight, then push the switch up and the bulb moves to the red lens and becomes a red emergency light. The magnet holds firmly on any metal surface, so it can be placed pretty much anywhere on a 40 series body. I've never been able to pin down production dates, but my guess is mid-80's. Don't think it goes back as far as the '70s, but I could be wrong. $75 Paypal F&F only please, which includes shipping to the US.
