GAS CAP NEEDED: Anyone got a gas cap for a 1971 through to 1977 40 series?
Cash, Beer or Herbs waiting...
Thanks!

I've not got a spare, but can track down P/Ns for Stant Non-locking cap... or Gates Locking one (doesn't fit behind 74+ gas door).

Hey thanks for this message, I was able to get one from the dealership this week. I don't have a gas flap and would be interested in a Toyota locking one if available. send me an email please to emailjim@shaw.ca thanks!

I list it as Gates 31723 not locking.

Hey hey, posting this here hoping someone could use some of this stuff...

SOLD Set of 5 brand new Armstrong Miracle Traction tires... 12-15LT, or roughly 32.5x10. Mounted on 5 brand new american racing white spoke wheels.. None of these have ever seen pavement, used as rollers only. Super cool tires, would be great for a period correct restoration. Unfortunately, this build is not that.. asking $750 for all five.

SOLD Brand new later model 40 series rear bumper. Unpainted, zero rust. $200

40 series fender flares. Looks like the cool cruisers type. White, used, but in good shape. $40.

Oh yeah, and a new Aqualu snorkle. $100

A trend - Seems that removing SOA from 60's is getting more common. This is a guy from down here in Austin.
All said it is a very reasonable price when you look at the components and they guy that built it is competent
mechanically for sure.
For Sale: - FJ60 Complete SOA setup
Just more of my findings as I wander around. There is a concourse Jaguar car show here tomorrow, should be cool.

92 3FE, Ran great, no noise/no smoke, Have compression and oil pressure written on the valve cover if interested. Bunch of related stuff included.
$800.00 maybe trades.

Do you have any pictures of the snorkle? and is it compatable with and prefilters?

Yes, I'll update the initial post with photos for you. Sorry I didn't see this for so long!

I'm looking for a soft or hard top for a newer model 40 series! Soft doors would be great too. I'm in Victoria!

Hey Guys,

In prep for the club run in November I'm in search of a decent spare tire... 35 x 12.5 x 15. I'm running BFGoodrich KM's but I don't care if it matches. I'm only picky in that it is good enough to drive on. I have a wheel.. just need the tire...

Let me know if you have anything/see anything

Thanks!

I have a decent 35" spare tire. It is already on a rim. i think it is a tsl swamper, 8pack of luck and its all yours.

That's awesome, just to confirm.. the rest of the dimensions are the same? 35 x 12.5 x 15..?

Do you head in to Victoria at all? If not, I could head up to Shawnigan on the weekend, maybe Sunday morning...

Need a drivers seat to bring my 1980 45 back to stock. As long as it's complete the condition is not important. It's the style as pictured, for the under cab fuel tank, and the same as a 42 drivers seat but with out the head rest. I am in Prince George, B.C. so hoping to find something at least in the same province and I'm in Victoria a couple times a year. Thanks.
