Hey there.

I imported a JDM 1998 UZJ100 and it ain't got any spare tire carrier/parts under it. Can you guys share some pictures of yer carries? Preferably with the tire dropped?

I've attached some pictures of the underside of the rig.

No, it wasn't that muddy when I got it. We live in Montana and it's been snowin and rainin and we don't live near asphalt.

Thanks much!

My thoughts exactly. When I searched the 100 series forum, I couldn't find anything I'm lookin for. I did see one user post a picture of raisin his crossmember and you can see his crossmember is bolted to brackets that are welded to the frame rails. I ain't even got them.
The rig was clean and shiny when it got stateside and it didn't even look like there was ever anything up there. Another strange part is that the factory spare tire tool kit came with the vehicle, in the rear/interior compartment. The rig only had 50K miles on it when I got it.

Thanks, I've seen that on the interwebs. I need to verify that part number 5190060261 includes all of that. For the price, I have to assume it don't.

Nope, that's just the cable/reel for retracting the wheel, marked "51900" in the diagram (because there are multiple options for the part based on production year, whether it has a lock etc.).

I've got the entire assembly available in Indiana (can also ship it) if you'd like - cross member and all.

Came off of a rust-free 2005LX originally from California. I took it off when I put the rear tire carrier swingout on it.
