Is that front bumper custom? $?

We should have instructions, pricing and a stock order sorted this week. I'm not sure on current production/powdercoat schedules but I'd like to be shipping these in June. I'll be sure to update this thread the second we have it finalized.

I'm afraid to bolt my 37 to the stock spare tire carrier so this will be a good buy

Meh.....it'll fit, you just gotta air down to open the door!

(Tag now reads 'NTFRSL', for the internet stalkers amongst us....)

Yea I was worried about weight for the most part. Didn't want it screwing up my full door. I have a soft top so I only have a half door
I've got a 8.25R16 XZL hung off my door. Opening the door makes me worry about how the weight fatigues the lock mechanism.

Kurt is out of town this week, since we've been working on this project together, I'll chime in with an update. We're getting very close. Last steps are to get with the manufacturer and implement a final round of minor revisions before placing a stock order, doing a final test fit, and writing the instructions. We appreciate everyone's interest and patience, as you can imagine there's a lot of back and forth to make sure the bumper is as perfect as it can be before being released. I think the end result is something that will make us proud and add another great bumper solution for 70 series owners out there.

Less 'worried about the door, tire, weight now, since it was a hard hit, wheels bent, yet door functions fine.

Kurt or Steve,

Possible to get a measurement on the Expo 1 door plate footprint (for lack of better)?

Need to know how straight this is gonna have to return to, if I can't find a good removable top door to replace (Have one, Steve?)

At least we know the footer structure is strong. My wife backed into a parked car and I have a nice dent in the sheet metal. Such is life.
