Unplugged Electrical connectors with out a purpose?

I got two electrical connectors with no switch, wondering if anyone knows where these go and what is their purpose?

There's several unused plugs in the FJ60 for accessories that never were included in the USA model.

is all the wiring in place for a power antenna? I know one of the recent threads mentioned that there is no harness for the fog lights on usa trucks so I wonder what accessories you mean
