that also looks alot like the grommets on the FJ60 firewall where the AC hoses pass though
I found the part number...
Part #: 96532-13017
It's cheap enough if somebody wants to try it for a fit

Happy to see the vent gasket becoming available...
I know my booster isn't stock, as it's too wide and overlaps the clutch master cylinder slightly. I believe it's out of a 90's 4-runner.
Yup. It's a PITA when you need to get to that one bolt, but otherwise a great booster. It's more powerful than even the original dual-diaphram booster.
@Racer65 - maybe I missed it, but why does the reproduction booster you sell not work on disc brake setups? My understanding is plenty of the drum-to-disc conversion folks kept their original boosters when they switched over to discs.
I know my booster isn't stock, as it's too wide and overlaps the clutch master cylinder slightly. I believe it's out of a 90's 4-runner. I'm running 4 wheels discs. I'm just curious because that piece would be a nice finishing touch, if indeed it wound up working with disc brakes.
Thanks for doing this! I'm excited to see all these products being brought back. I'll definitely be picking up a shift boot, drain hoses, and floor mat (if they go into production), once I've dug myself out of the financial pit that will be my engine relocation!
Agreed - I guess really I'm just curious. He mentioned it would NOT work, so I'm mostly just trying to figure out why not. Might not lock up like the 4-runner booster does, but I'd be inclined to think it would still provide adequate braking power.
I've got one of those spacers. They are stock on minitrucks. How are you going to extend the pushrod 2cm to reach the new booster location?
Disc brakes don't, in general, require more power than drums.
It's that stupid legal thing again. Since Toyota neither tested nor approved the use of this booster for disc brakes, I can't legitimately recommend its usage in a way that's beyond the confines of the factory spec. Will it work? I'm pretty sure it will, but I'd rather sell you a dual diaphragm booster. I've occasionally mentioned that I have such a booster sitting in my workshop already. I haven't had time to productionize it, but I'm 99% sure it's exactly what you need.
