Apologies in advance for not reading thru this entire thread...but is there any interference with running this driver's side mount in conjunction with Landtank's seat extension brackets?

Ready to order...

Good question and I don't know the answer but I really doubt it. These mount on the feet of the seat beacket not the underside of the track.

^^^I just looked under my seat again & at pix of your mount - it's hard to see where it would interfere. I'm happy to be a guinea pig on this one. Ordering up & will report back with pictures...

Edit: ordered!

... I need to decide DS or PS and be done with the shuffling.

I have a story about my fire extinguisher mounted on the PS side. I had it mounted with a home-made bracket that was awkward but sturdy enough, and one of my kids started thrashing around and then turned to try and climb in the back. His foot kicked and broke the extinguisher nozzle and set it off, and the spray filled up the cabin, coated the windshield, and I drove off the road, thankfully just into the bushes and not clean off Mulholland Drive.

I for one will now only mount it where I, as the driver, am fully aware of where it is.

^so I actually kinda took something like this into account which is why I intentionally point the nozzle down and towards the trans hump. Putting it at the door side would leave it exposed to something like this happening.

By the way...that's pretty damn funny :flipoff2:

Ya, in retrospect it's pretty funny...it's a scene from Vacation :flipoff2:

...but it did teach my whippersnapper to stay in his seat - he got antiqued pretty good! Wish i had a picture...

Switch wiring for my own truck is under way. Sucks because I ran out of some of the small connectors. Order placed and should be here tomorrow. Hoped for today but didn't happen. Btw, all of the Fire Extinguisher Mounts that were ordered, for the driver's side anyway, have been shipped!

Alright, let's see who can figure out what I'm trying to accomplish. If my relabel doesn't give it away then there is no hope :P

Did the button on your seat controller break off too? ;)

Reclining the rear seats?
