1998 LX470 for sale. Was going to part it out but people have been trying to buy whole so here it is-
Pros- Runs and drives great, sounds like a sewing machine. Exterior looks ok.
Cons- No title
Rad, valve cover, steering rack leak.
No power steering (assuming rack is bad).
Been at least a decade since timing belt water pump were done
AHC suspension is gone so it’s on the bump stops. (I have 100 series cruiser T bars and coils for it, would still need shocks.)
Interior looks like there were several deaths in it, and then a h*roin addict started living and shooting up in the rig, and whenever there was a mosquito he’d go after it with a gas powered weed wacker. Not great.
Airbags had gone off for some reason even through I can’t find evidence as to why.
Couple rust holes in the roof, I reformed and taped up for now.
I’ll have to dig them up but I have pics before the PO rattlecaned it with rustoleum. Looks good all things considered but the original color was cooler.
Roof tent isn’t for sale unless you want to make a good offer.
