Looks like we will have to miss this year. We have to put our vacations in a year in advance and I thought it was going to be the 2nd weekend in Nov again. Maybe with luck they will work with me.

I have to request leave a year in advance as well... I end up requesting a bunch of weeks then I cancel or trade with others for the weeks that I end up really needing.
