They look like the 17's on my 05 double cab.

Yeah, the black ones on that Sequoia are aftermarket, so I was wondering if they're 16s or 17s. Actually, I'm more curious to know the size of the tires. I've been curious if the set of 16" FJ Cruiser TRD wheels I have will work on a Sequoia with 285/75-16 tires......

There's a set on FB that are similar for $200.

I do not know for sure, but is a 16" big enough to clear the brakes. I know I can't go smaller than 17" on my GX470 and those are smaller brakes than a Tundra or Sequoia.

Different wheels, but I like those too.....

Yes, a 16" will work (at least on an '01-'02.)

The main answer I'm after is if the 285/75-16 will fit like a 285/70-17 will? It's always seemed to me that a 285/75 has a harder time fitting, where a 285/70-17 doesn't. It really doesn't make sense, because they're virtually identical. Maybe I'm just thinking all screwy on this.......

Ah, I was thinking '08 and up.

2000 SR5...225K still going strong, only 6 cylinder, but manual trans. It didn't love the ride home.

Nice combo, you still have a ton of life left in that 2000 my Dad has 350K on his still running strong and doesn't burn a drop of oil. Has run Mobil 1 since its 1st oil change.

With the new frame they put in five years ago, I plan on keeping it for a good long while. Doesn't burn a drop of anything ever. Best vehicle I've ever had.

What tire comparison site is that?

'04 on OME 2862s and Bilstein 5100 top notch with just a little BFH pinch weld modification and alignment work including upper control arms and she's on 34's - 285/75/17 Falken AT3W. Perfect family complement to the 80.
