@CharlestonG8R Yes, I plan on being there. If you bring it with you, that woudl be awesome! Sorry we haven't been able to catch up before now. Are you heading up for Friday night or just Saturday?
If my 40 is ready, I'll head up on Saturday morning. Otherwise, I'll probably hang back here in Charleston and attend our HAMOM. Some of our club members need some extra wrenches...
Edit: @pondjumpr and @ErikinSC , spoke with Marshall today, looks like my 40 won't be ready for this weekend. In lieu of the trip to @Trollhole 's place, I'll be attending the LCLC HAMOM.

Ok, @CharlestonG8R I will plan a trip to Charleston at some point this Summer and an just come pick up the tailgate while I am there. I never mind a reason to come to Chucktown. Of course, just let me know if you head up this way to pick up your 40 and I can meet up with you.

Okay, Jeff! No worries on this end. If we hadn't had the HAMOM this weekend I'd be heading up there anyhow to visit with everyone. I enjoy hanging out with the UC guys and wish it was just a little closer... But then we wouldn't get to enjoy the changing scenery either. I love living in a state that has beautiful beaches, swamps, and mountains all within a joy ride distance...
By the way, I hope my earlier posts didn't sound snarky towards Trollhole! I re-read them and thought they might have come across as catty (as my wife would say). Marshall is blessed to have a backlog of work and I genuinely don't mind waiting because I know he'll do my 40 right. Given his workload ahead of me, I thought July 11th was a bit sporty anyhow...

Here's some of gold that I will be bringing: Smitty Built roll bar for early 40, JTO front disc conversion, early 40 front and rear drive shafts. I also have a H42 and split case sitting at Marshall's. I know these are all highly prized items so don't miss out on this once in a lifetime deals.
I should be able to come out Saturday morning. I have two aftermarket fj60 bumpers there for cheap but that's about it.
Eric and I will be coming Sat. morning. I will be bringing an H42 trans (basketcase), 3FE headers, FJ60 carb (wrong venue, I know), FJ60 air cleaner, FJ40 hub caps, FJ40 license tag holder, FJ40 lower dash pads (1.5 sets), Holley air cleaner, (1) 15X7 80 series wheel, and big ole box of car magazines from the late 60's.
