I’d love to make it either a bolt-on (would have to be super strong and use a lot of thru-bolts) or a single-piece weld-on but my hunch is that most of the guys who need these won’t mind welding them in place anyway.

ya I agree they should defenitly stay weld on for strength, and I still like the 3 piece design due to the fact that you can weld the inside before its capped off

Made it to TN Thursday evening, truck drove down the road great other than a balance issue on one of the tires. Truck ran at 193 of the most part and would only climb up to 198 on the bigger grades, but would recover back to normal temp quickly

Got to windrock around 10 this morning, Ran trail 22, 26, 27 and 41 and went to the overlook today( a couple orhers, gonna run some more difficult stuff tomorrow. Super dusty out there today.

Love the skids!! I welded 3/8 plate to the front of mine and it's been taking some hits but no more crushed in mounts. This option is better and should slide easier over obstacles... just more work.

spent the better part of the evening doing the driverside install on the one stone 70 series arm rest Lots of dremelling, test fitting and more dremelling. Think I have about 3 hours into this side making it fit exactly how I want, but man is it worth it, the drive to work this morning was awesome. Big interior improvement! got do the passenger side now so mama wont be jealous lol.

see below this was in process comparison between the driver and passenger side, you can see quite a bit of material has to be removed.

Working on the new to me beadlocks, 3 out of the 4 are fine but the forth is giving me some problems.

Had a small leak at the valve stem, pulled it apart the other night and swapped in a fresh one unfortunately it still leaked . Couldn't see anything visually wrong with the stem hole. So brought it into work today to actually pull the tire off. Everything looks fine. Gonna swap another stem in and maybe put a little rtv around the base of it

And Im in contact with OMF about converting the spare beacuse why not

Picked up a huracan tailgate from @TTViper. Got it installed today and it's a retively easy project, but some things were learned and might help others. Once all installed like others the factory plastic flip cover was binding up against the compression latches. I did try the little spacer things that huracan supplies but it was still catching. My solution was to drill holes in the door and installed some large dome head bolts. Those act as a ramp right before the latches and lets the flip cover glide over them. I feel like this could be a pretty easy fix for huracan fab to correct. All in all happy with the product although as a warning to people, this thing does make the tailgate pretty heavy so if you have small children that might be something to consider

Found myself wanting to fab up some side quarter protection for the rear bumper. Kinda crazy some of the prices I got to bend up some simple hoops. Valley Tech Fabrication hooked me up with some of his rear bumper quarter panel protection hoops, these should do the trick.
