All hands on deck today.

Tony and I working on the Akuma build. I packaged 3 sets of sliders, build some parts and palleted a bumper order.
Pete and Damian working on the 6x6 bed and Damian started tearing down the Scout II
@Butt Ugly Chuck and Bob ran a new air line to the paint shop and my other personal shop. Butt went and grabbed breakfast burritos for everyone. Thank you so much for running that errand buddy and helping Bob.

Busy morning.

Seth... AKA @TRFarmers sent me a set of their new B-pillar seat belt covers to test fit and take to SEMA 2024. Stellar product and much thicker than the originals. I can twist these and they DO NOT ... SNAP, CRACKLE, POP...!!!

Quality and fit is exemplary as usual with all their products. Highly recommend these for all that need a replacement set. I will be stocking these is black, brown and grey as well.

He also sent D-pillar inners and 60 trim covers for the quarter windows/panels. I have not test fit these but compared them to OEMs I have on hand and they are spot on as well.

Hey Jason, what horns are those? I’d like to install some new ones and those look like they are a good quality option.

Cheers, James

Holy cow!! I was just going over the cost and labor of fiberglassing and repairing all my original panels that are intact or slightly damaged. Everything inside the truck has become brittle and I feared shattering something every time I have to open something up.

These look fantastic! Any ideas on when they’re going to hit the market?

I would expect in the next couple of months. Waiting on a reply from Seth now.

Good day. My good buddy @Butt Ugly Chuck stopped by and I put him to work.... HA. He helped clean up a bit and I trained him up right quick on the small press brake. Bent out 20 sets of C-Channel kits for me. I have some of the best cruiser buddies in the world. Can't thank them enough.

Got a rear dual swing base welded out and ready for the next order to customize.

Jason, you are always looking out for me. These will fit my 1980 long bed pickup too?

Getting the new 60 chassis table set up.

Frame rails are dimensioned, marked up and ready to test cut. If all is good I'll send the files to the laser cutter for rotary cutting.

These will be 2 x 5 x .188 tube/boxed frame for Gen 4/5 motor swaps with 4, 6 and 8 speed transmissions, 4 corner coilovers, front and rear 4 link with 80 series style custom axles, 80/105 steering box.

The prototype and first 6 are pre-sold.

I will be putting one under my new personal build. LT4 Erod, 8L90, HF2A (keeping it AWD), 4.10s Eaton E-lockers, 4340 and 300M axles, adjustable C/Os, adjustable links with OEM adjustable ends with bonded bushes.

Gonna be an exciting 2025.
