Gracias! Tracking info? PM please

OK GUYS,

All my time line build slots are filled. No more room to wiggle or to get anyone else into the rotation. I even added a couple of weekends to get people taken care of.

I will let everyone know once I get up and running again at the new location. (Will not disclose this location yet)

Estimated re-open is Sept/Oct

Thanks,

Jason

Thought I'd throw this into this thread instead of PM'ing so that I can see if others have same issue...

Jason, I'm having trouble with clearance at the front of the slider. I've tried multiple positions, moving the sliders front to back, up and down, etc. to get more clearance but nothing has worked thus far. Any ideas? I'm considering widening the u-bolt holes on the front but am hoping it's not necessary. Here are some pic. You'll see I have the front u-bolts resting on top of the frame rail so there really is no room for the slider to sit lower.

J,

The front is tight. Looks like the back is all the way down. When you raise the back all the way up the front should drop. There is only about 1/4-3/8" of room in the front.

I've got the rear of the sliders all the way up but will go back and give it another try.

@jfrench As long as you have maybe 1/4" of room between the slider and body you should be good as long as you bolt those things on well and torque them down. Use some loctite as well so the bolts wont back themselves off. When installed properly I don't believe they are meant to move (please correct me if I'm wrong) even on impact so you shouldn't have to worry about it hitting.

Hand tight bolts and you can still use a Hi-Lift to lift the side up...
