Toys for Tots

Have we done any sort of Toys for Tots club event in the past? I don't recall of any since I've joined. Anyone have any idea on how to set one up? Other clubs in Abq do this event annually and I think we need to step up.

Ideas? Maybe combine a trail run with donations?

Yes, we did it at one of the club parties that Keith and Han hosted. I think his collection was part of what the Marine Corps does for kids at Christmas.

It is a wonderful thing to do and a big thanks to Ash for remembering and bringing this up before the party.

The club has funds to buy some toys and donate if we want.

We did cans for Storehouse West one year.

I would say if we are going to donate club funds for something we donate to help us take *our* toys offroad.

Toys for Tots is an individual thing.
