My ambo has a wiring a wiring diagram printed and attached above all the fuses, relays, wiring, and electrical components. Handy as can be. If it wasn't there I'd have been hooped several times.

Took me a sec to figure out how to read both gauges. I've not seen one quite like it before. It certainly saves some space.
Westach gauges. Old fashioned sweeper needles. twin airplanes of the same vintage use same to save space.
It sort of appeals to me, this old truck isn't a digital truck.

Met a real interesting guy who built his own aluminum 60 series. Lives just over the hill from my place.

It’s sat in the trees for years since these pictures and needs a lot of love but I know just the guy for it!

More to come.. probably a dedicated thread!

I gotta see if I can find that article I read about it. I think it was in a printed newspaper in the 90s 🤣

That’s an impressive accomplishment.

If I’d built it, it wouldn’t be parked under a tree and left to rot.

Perhaps I’m biased, but I’d be more inclined to build a 4 door 40 series on a 60 series chassis. It would be so much easier to build with simple radius bends and flat panels. I’d think it could be built in 1/2 the time that would have taken.

Looks like fun. I heard it was machined from
A single block of 6061.

Looks like you won’t have time for those locking axles. I’ll take em off your hands. 😃

Just kidding man. That’s a friggen sweet score.
