Looks like someone painted over rust on the undercarriage of the red one

I lived on Long Island, went to college in Massachusetts, and was stationed in NJ. It is not easy finding a decent LC in the NE. And when you do, you will pay higher prices than anywhere else in the US. Do yourself a favor and look for something in the desert southwest or in southern California. You will save in the long run.

I'm about to sell mine. Very little rust. Turbo $6k

When you live up North (I grew up there) it's strange how you get used to
rusty cars with holes in fenders, rocker panels, floor, roof, quarter panels----.

People selling a vehicle would say something like " it's hasn't got any rust, just a few rust bubbles---" And everyone knows that bubbles are harmless, right??

Once you get into the South/Southwest away from the Rust Belt
and see 20-30+ year old vehicles with zero rust you totally change
the way you look at those rust buckets you were happy to drive
up North.

FWIW.
