$1000 not running “fuel issue”

Patches on frame…

But $1000… which hardly buys a lot of toilet paper these days.

Probably ‘out‘ of fuel. Fuel issue - can’t afford to fill it.

Getting $1000 obo won’t help that… that’s only a couple tanks of gas.

Or clogged fuel inlet filter, sediment in fuel line, or bad fuel pump. I’d imagine a bad ecm could also cause “fuel issues”

I’m always concerned by, “a few patches” on the frame. Bird turds come holding on crudely cut hunks of steel comes to mind. Note it doesn’t say frame repairs by qualified welder… 🤷‍♂️

But what do you expect from someone who can’t fill the tank.

Sort of neat truck. LJ78 with a 1PZ swapped in (not sure that's an improvement really, lol). On 37" tires, double locked, etc. Writing on the side cracks me up.

Well now, Harrop E-Lockers. Decidedly a solid base for a 13BT swap. LOL
As far as the sticker, nothing a heat gun wouldn't improve

Well, compare that piece of junk ^^^^ to this. Currently $8000 6 days to go. Truck is in Lloydminster, AB

I thought these were much higher priced? Even for USD this is a new V6 diesel and its pretty well equipped.
35K with 3 days left. I'm going to follow along on this one. Curious.

I find car prices in general seem to be settling down finally. Not pre-covid yet, but trending in the right direction at least.

Yep it does. And my experience selling my ln106 hilux in the covid bubble is you can ask $$$, but still the actual sale price is still a fair bit lower. I was about 25% under asking on mine, but it was still worthwhile posting high. (and I wanted a cruiser so had to cash out on the toyota tax)

Interesting looking at the sold price graphs for fj45s on bringatrailer, it looks like a complete half decent driveable truck starts at about 17k USD. Then they go up over 100k for the fancy ones

That 45 seems like a reasonable starting point to me. I didn't know an island cruiser parts group existed... I put in a join request. Curious to see more pics of that 45.

And maybe I can get rid of some junk

Those opening prices in auctions are pretty meaningless. They always start low to lure in a few extra dreamers.
