Are you also upgrading the rear swaybar to balance things out?

We could have gone the easy/cheap and pulled the clip and snaked the hard line out a couple inches...(never really understood the front loop thing?) And i for sure was really dreading trying to crack 20 year old front & rears but we temped fate and won!!! You can see our lines give plenty of good length...... Not to mention they are flexible! You can see our rear old one had a crusty kink to it! Super brittle..... Install rear and in to front!

Springs in now shock time! You can see here the 4" XGS Gold shock is longer than the KyB we pulled off.... While it may be a funky color, we love the valving.... I'll say the guys back at the mothership in Brisbane really do their homework when it comes to suspension! On they go!

Itchy, We're going to try a recommendation and try the larger front on first.... We will see....

Arms back with new 3.5 degree bushing pressed in! The guys wasting no time getting them back in!!! We are happy to report they were a easy to press old ones out and new ones in on a harbor freight press!

Springs and shocks installed.... The drivers was cake..... The passenger we finally realized that we couldn't get the axle to articulate to slide the spring in because the driveshaft was hitting the sway bar... Sway bar removed, problem solved... All in all really smooth....

Well Murphy stepped in.....New Sway bar hits drive shaft at full drop.... Don't like that Off to our good friend Chris Begley's house to knock on the door for a quick late night fix. We make 30mm sway bar drop kit, but of course we are out if it!

Adjustable Track Bar in......Went in pretty easy with lube.... doesn't everything though Now off to Mr.Begley's....

Nothing like rocking up to your buddy's house late with his pregnant wife opening up the door in her jams...... Lets just say all you married guys know the warm reception I got Anyway after 3min Chris was making the neighbors (and his wife) even happier..... Going to extend the front and rear links 2-1/2" as this should clear sway bar with room to spare....

Our good friend Chris Begley working some quick tig & mig magic on our links.....Chris has built everything from Trophy Trucks to one off custom guardrails at Disney. He is a true master at his craft and were lucky to have him as a friend!!!!

Well after a dip in a cool glass of water a little paint added and were done! Back to the shop to see my guys progress......

Back @ the shop just in time to see Robby's look of Glee as he is about to pop in the Driver Side Spring. Next picture will show you why he has that happy look on his face that says you.......

And this tag was responsible for Robby's joyful look..... Robby's is our TJM greenhorn rookie and missed the little TJM tags on the rear springs that says R/H and Left/Hand side!:whoops:....Yep out they had to come to swap around

Aaaarrrrgggg ok sway bar is killing a ton of time.... As much as I wish our company was perfect, we're not sometimes.... what you can't see is the holes are off a hare to mount the new HD sway bar bracket to our OEM modified front links... Looks like a little bending, grinding and persuasion needed.... It's close, but no cigar...

Well our extended links look as if they did the trick and are going to work. We have to drop the rig and get some weight on the front to adjust the track bar which will then help line everything up..... We will use and old wrangler trick to make that happen in the morning.....
