Here is a little tip.... Put your neck bolts in lose in the snorkel and get your bracket lined up and taped while..... Helps to have a extra set of hands to hold the snorkel in while this is done as we don't want to bolt it in just yet.... Just get the neck bracket sorted before you go bolting in the main snorkel..... Then mark and drill your holes. As this is right on the drip rail edge we used some silicone under the plastic inserts and bracket as good measure to keep rust at bay.....

Now find your best double jointed friend, grab his friend the contortionist and bolt in the snorkel...... No matter what the instructions say, your only going to get 3 of these bolts tight. The fourth is simply unreachable for our fat hands.

We're almost done....... Simple install on the Airtec neck with out any issues.... After your done it will look like this before your reinstall the air box...

Just in time! Bossman was getting nervous One project down towards our Expo goal and we knocked it out in an hour!!!!!!

How many TJM USA monkeys does it take to install side bars on an 80...... Especially since our instructions sometimes leave a little to be desired Aussie is truly a foreign language when it comes to install instructions

I'll say our front side bar mounting brackets around the catalytic converter is kinda tricky..... Takes a little thought from 3 heads to get it right. If any of you guys ever have to install these on your own, call us and we will give you some tricks to make things go smoother!!

This is the bracket we wanted to mention being a little tricky, hard to see but the one u-bolt supplied in the kit runs around the frame cab mount as additional support. Once on the mount is rock solid!

For those of you wondering why we don't use our current design T-13.... This picture says it all.... New T-13 in the works that looks awesome, won't have till next year....T-15 it is

Racks off and it was of course worst case underneath... Every corner rusted to sh!t.... Got a cover up plan in mind but for now in the short term a quick sand and paint.....

Working on front t-15........ Straight forward install with simple hand tools.... We left the Stealth control box alone as it is..... Fits great and we plan on only using the built in wireless remote!
