FWIW, my Cruiser came with Duratracs, and I have not been impressed with their highway comfort. They were somewhat worn when they got to me (25-30kmiles?) and even though they were rotated, they still had bad "chop" patterns on the tread which created a lot of bad vibration. I was sort of willing to live with this because I don't drive all that much, but recently I looked at one of the tires and it was developing a nasty looking tread separation where the sidewall and tread meet.Dropbox - tire sidewall.jpg
Needless to say, that is a no go for me, so I went through the whole tire decision that you are currently. It would certainly be easier if I didn't have snow to factor in, (probably the Discoverer ATP) so I was seriously considering the Falken AT3Ws and KO2s, and I ended up getting a great deal on the KO2s (275/70/18), so that made my decision easier.
