I do not know, the number of teeth. But perhaps you can count them, using all pictures below:

The belt in your pictures, show only straight line marks, but no other markings I can see. Except, your handwritten pic #1 a 71 at BK2, and pic #2 a P at BK1. Like R-cam, L-cam & CR with arrow pointing to front of vehicle. So either a used belt or some off-brand. In either case I see crank sprocket is not on hard timing mark, yet cams are.
Note: A common mistake with new belt, is: Left (AKA: Bank1) & Right (AKA: Bank2). Many wrongly think, ones' left when facing engine. BK1 or LH (L-CAM) is as you sit in driver seat facing forward, your left.

What I see wrong with your install:
I see the CR (crank) pulley is off by about 2 teeth (ahead of top dead center), in your pic #3. Move CR with belt off, CW~2 teeth, so hard timing mark of sprocket (notch (red)) lines up with dot (yellow) on oil pump housing.

If by just setting hard marks (moving CR To hard timing mark, keeping both sprocket on notch to straight line) correctly. Timing still comes off time after the 720 degree turn of CR, to check that timing is correct. Try flipping belt, if using belt marks.

Any (correct) 2UZ-fe belt even without lines or marks, can be set correctly. It just a PITA. Since if off a tooth, you'll have to move accordly. Then check again. Which in the non VVT we can be off, without piston and valve interfering.

Once new belt on using the timing marks, and tensioner released (pin pulled). We spin crank CW 720 degrees. The belts' timing marks (lines), will not line up again. We looking to see that the cams and the crank are on the marks. These marks, what we call the hard timing marks. Are straight line above cams to notch on cams, and dot on oil pump housing to notch on crank sprocket.

I've seen only one other reason the engine will not time (hard makrs line up) Cam sprocket bolt not torque down, Sprocket spun shearing knock pin.
