Go ahead and search for that as well. Both the T100 master and 4Runner calipers are very well documented on this forum.
 
rear drums are harder to keep in tip top shape .. ( braking performance wise ) so a rear disc swap with improve some ..

on Tencha I did all of these plus hydro booster .. and I can c¿lock my tires ( 40" ) on pavement now ..

IIRC there is a thread here with a mayor rotor and caliper upgrade .. I can't remember the hole deal, but there is another step there ..

You're thinking of the tundra front caliper and rotor conversion.
 
I did the master cylinder and caliper and rotor conversion. Night and day difference. The original brakes on an FJ60 were awful, the conversion brings them into the modern world.
